FORT WORTH (October 11, 2019) – TrainerTainment will hold its 10th biannual Business Coaching Conference October 23-24, 2019 at the Max Bowl BEC in Humble, Texas, just northeast of Houston. The popular two-day training session focuses on proven techniques that enable participants to grow their business faster, run it more effectively and maximize its potential.
“Many operators know where they want their business to go but not how to get there,” says Beth Standlee, CEO of TrainerTainment. “This two-day business coaching conference will give you the tools to get your business running at its full potential. It’s a great way to prepare for increased business and success in 2020.”
Topics to be covered will include:
• Building a foundation with core values
• Creating a vision and sharing it with your team
• Predicting success by developing scorecards and rocks
• Mastering the art of effective meetings
• Hiring only the best team members and managing their performance
Participants will also be treated to a tour of Max Bowl, an exciting contemporary bowling entertainment center and the venue for the conference.
Melanie Coleman, managing partner of Holiday Lanes in Bossier City, Louisiana, is one of the many proprietors who will attend the conference. She has been a coaching client of TrainerTainment since 2006 and credits Beth Standlee and her team with helping her build a better operation.
“Beth is brilliant and a fabulous listener. She’s one of those people that’s willing to listen to somebody and then get them what they want.” says Melanie. “Instead of just handing you a menu and saying, ‘Do you want anything?’”
