We create an effective job ad for online posting and distribution to over 100 job posting boards nationwide and screen all incoming applications. Interested job applicants answer a series of job specific screening questions when they submit their applications.

We select and conduct screening interviews with the promising candidates and utilize sophisticated online testing tools (Kolbe RightFit® for GM candidates and SalesSelector for Sales candidates) before we make our candidate recommendation to you.
